Townley Place
H&R Exteriors completed this project on Townley Place in 2020 for Knappett Projects. The project included work on a three-storey apartment building and twelve unit townhouse development for BC Housing.
We used a self-adhesive moisture barrier and wood strapping rainscreen system, along with Hardie plank, metal cladding, cedar siding and 3-coat acrylic stucco finish. The team at H&R Exteriors worked diligently to complete the project with precision and attention to detail. It was important that each element of the exterior façade be installed correctly in order to ensure the highest level of quality and durability.
All materials used in this project were carefully chosen by H&R Exteriors’ experts to ensure they not only met BC Housing’s specifications but also provided optimal performance over time while maintaining aesthetic appeal. The cedar siding gave the exterior an attractive look while also providing protection against harsh weather conditions; meanwhile the metal cladding provided extra strength and rigidity along with an industrial feel that complemented the overall design concept of Townley Place.
