Otto Condominium Building
H&R Exteriors completed a project on the Otto Condominium Building, located in Saanich. The project was commissioned by Casman Group, involving townhomes as well as a 3-storey residential condominium building.
The team at H&R Exteriors used pressure wood strapping for the rainscreen and backerboard of the condominium building, followed by a 3-coat stucco coat system with Acrylic finish. They also incorporated cedar wood siding and soffits, as well as James Hardie Panel soffits to complete the exterior design of the condominium building.
This project was completed in 2019, now one of Saanich’s most modern buildings, with its grand exterior look adding value to the surrounding area. H&R Exteriors has built up an impressive reputation for creating beautiful exteriors that are long lasting and aesthetically pleasing – this recently completed project serves as further proof of our excellent workmanship.
