Amica – On the Gorge

H&R Exteriors completed work on Amica – On the Gorge, a senior living retirement residence project in beautiful Saanich. We provided complete exterior façade systems using Sto Corp’s 4-inch thick Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS). This system provides superior, resilient thermal performance and contains reinforced polymer-modified coating that is both breathable and waterproof. Our commitment to quality assurance is reflected in the comprehensive warranty provided by Sto Corp for materials and workmanship.

The project was completed in 2017 for Knappett Projects, who chose us as their contractor of choice due to our extensive experience with EIFS installation services.
